Godfrey Athletic Coaching Expecations
Coaching Expectations:
- All coaches must make contact with all players after the draft. Introduce yourself and inform them of next practice time
- All coaches must remember that this is a developmental league and everyone in it deserves to get better.
- All Coaches must have an assistant
- Zero Tolerance- no child will be physically touched, cursed at, Intimidated, or made to feel less of a person. These actions will result in immediate removal from our program.
- We Strongly Encourage all coaches to Implement “Called to be Champions”
- Encouragement for the YOUTH in all Ways at all Times is
- All coaches must be on time and ready to go.
- All coaches must be in contact with team moms and dads
- All coaches must attend all coaches meetings
- All coaches must praise all participants No Matter What!
- All coaches call players during the season to remind about games/practices and Cancellations
- All coaches must notify staff 24 hours in advance if unable to attend.
